Refund Policy
Returns
Our window of return is 30 days from the date you receive your product. If 30 days have gone by you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): (1) Any item is damaged for reasons not due to our error; (2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are available for defective or damaged product only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your accounts again. First, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@puredaylight.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded the full value of the product, again for damaged product only. Discounted items under our "Value 3-Pack" due to damage will be refunded in the amount of $13.95 per bottle, or exchanged for new product if desired. If any items are returned under our "Monthly Bonus 4-Pack" due to damage, those item(s) will be exchanged and new product will be sent you. However, if you are in the 3rd month or later of the program, and wish to receive a refund, then we will refund the pro rata value of that item(s).
If you have purchased discounted or sale-related product from a third party reseller or distributor, please contact that reseller or distributor regarding any returns or refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email to info@puredaylight.com and we will provide with a RA (Return Authorization) number. Then return your product to the address below:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return, provided the item(s) were defective or damaged. Once the returned item(s) is received, a return will be generated.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
